Ibis Styles Dijon Central

At only 18 years old, Alain Jacquier took over the management of the Ibis Styles Le Central hotel, founded by his grandmother in 1928. Since that day, he keeps being passionate about hotel-restaurant. Over the years, he has his heart set on passing on his values and taste for good hospitality to his son Patrick Jacquier and his grandchildren. For 4 generations, the Jacquier family has been sharing with its guests its love for the Burgundy region and the tradition of French-style service.

The hotel, located in the historical centre of Dijon, has preserved its Art Deco style and enhanced its listed façade with beautiful openings on the pedestrian streets of the city. The soul of the Central is intact: it has survived through time thanks to the memories of generations of Dijon residents and remains the scene of gourmet family reunions. The local and French cuisine are always on the menu of Le Central Restaurant and Le Petit Central Brasserie, like the Gaston Gérard style chicken or the Baugé style veal kidney flambéed right in front of you with cognac. Recently renovated, respecting the history and identity of the place, the restaurants reinforce the harmonious blend between past and present in the hotel.
