Fully refurbished in 2018, our Central restaurant welcomes you in a chic, traditional and modern ambiance. “It is a mix between past and present. Regarding the past: moldings, brass... We kept strong parts of our previous identity: white tablecloths, cheese board and dessert trolley” said the general manager Arnaud Lecherf. Central restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, from 12 am to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 11 pm, and on request from 11 pm to 12 pm.
